Yeah HQ isn't supposed to be doing that but it appears to be a side affect of Hardcore mode. I am going to do some research on google and see what I can find out....it is definately laming up the HQ mode maps.

Wasn't HQ respawn changed to 1 sec to try and rectify the problem? You need to opt out of the kill cam asap, press F, if you want to take advantage of that 1 sec.

HQ is supposed to have no respawns while you hold the HQ. That's to make it so that it's very hard to hold an HQ for the full 60 seconds.
