What is xfire for?

I now have it so how do I use it? I also need buddies, there is a list of people there above buddies but I have no clue who they are.

Xfire allows you to chat with people while in-game by bringing up the in-game interface (Scroll Lock + x is the default), as well as take screenshots (Scroll lock + s) and do other nifty things. Just go through peoples' posts on the forums and add them as friends, there are a lot of people who play various games who use xfire.

xfire helps prime the server and get people in the COD4 server when no one is on. You can then post your xfire username in your TTP profile and then people can click on that link when you post and add you as a friend. It is an instant messaging application but it tracks what games your friends are currently playing and it also offers a way to capture screenshots in any game using the same key sequence. xfire is the bomb!

and that is why styley is not well liked lol.

I don't suppose you could tell me why xfire doesn't want to capture my photos. I tried taking some, ended the game, and it said I had 5 to upload. Just, there were no pictures, and when I clicked ok, my xfire profile wasn't updated.
