Left 4 Dead is a LOT more demanding than Team Fortress 2.
Right click on "My Computer" in the Start Menu, then Properties. Under "System" it should have your PC Specs. However, you will need to find out what your Video Card is.

*
* Hit the start button on your Taskbar and open Run.
* Simply type in dxdiag and hit OK.
* A program will open called DirectX Diagnostic Tool and will begin accumulating all of the data on your systems exact specifications.
* There should be a progress bar in the bottom right corner of the application. Wait until that's finished, and then click Save All Information... It will ask you where you want to save it. Just go ahead and slap it on your desktop. (You can delete it later)
* When posting the DxDiag you can either just attach the file in your post or you can copy and paste it into your post completely. Nevertheless, we should only need a portion of the DxDiag to assist in resolving the issue. The portion that we would need is shown below. Also, try and consolidate it within the code function, etc.
