Are the server rules current?

Are the server rules current? The last update was from December last year. I ask because I have noticed that recently spike in in-game text and voip chat that seems to be about banning/kicking campers, noob tubers, and rpg freak.

The rules are current. There are no rules against any specific weapons or classes. There are rules against camping, not going for the objective, and not helping your team.

The rules should be current, I dont see anything that would not be.

People can talk all they want, the admin know how to do their jobs and you will never see anyone banned for using the tools given by the game
Non-teamplaying campers can and will be punished, but thats generally not done simply on the basis of people whining.

Is there specific activities or portions of the rules you have questions about?

The noob tube and rpg stuff is just complaining. Some people use them a bit much (guilty), but spamming a weapon is annoying and nothing more. Camping is a different issue as Civil stated. There is a fine line between covering the objective and camping. That's why warnings (often times multiple ones) go out before any punishment.

Yes, welcome, glad you are here.

No weapons or perks are banned here at ttp. If anyone on the server says so, they are just complaining, dont listen to them. You can use any and all perks/weapons, so long you are playing as a teamplayer. If you ever are playing and have a question, feel free to ask. Either the admins or one of our regulars will be happy to answer/solve any problem you are having.

I have to admin that I have been a forum troll here for awhile. I played on the TTP BF2 and BF2142 servers before I switched to playing on the COD4 server.
