Look on the bright side, if you have a teammate clogging up a doorway in Last Stand and you can afford the TK, pop him in the head and keep on truckin'. :9

1) On = You can kill them and nothing will happen

2) Reflect = You kill them, you die too.

Is the TK limit round based? match based? time based? and what is it set at?

Something that intentional might not float to well with the admins, fyi. You can always yell at them to hold f.
