Just bought COD4

well i finally got the game......so once i get some time under my belt see you people in the battle!

Watch out for the nade spam/grenade launcher, helicopters and airstrikes. Oh and FF is on, so be extra careful since Hardcore mode and FF on can be pretty challenging, but still fun.

Don't listen to him, it's not needed. I never did and I do just fine. :P

Althought, doing the single player might have helped...but I just like to jump into things, more fun/challenging that way.

yea i'm playing the SP right now...just to get use to the buttons......i normally play PR...so giving cod4 a go now

graphics look great....fun so far

I thought the single player was very good, but, as Angell said, quite short. Still, a good intro to the game.

If you don't know Biscuit yet, you'll discover that 99% of what he says is BS.

His article, surprisingly enough, is well worth reading.

As far as additional pointers, remember to pick up and try dead soldiers' weapons until you have unlocked the weapons you like for your various kits. Take a look at the various challenges and keep them in mind as you accumulate XP points. Most importantly, make sure you have a functioning microphone AND USE IT! Communication is key on TTP!
