let me reitterate,

MAKE USE of your mic in a teamplayer fashion

in the previously mentioned situations get on the hq point and help your team cap it then you wont have to worry about any accusations.

and btw neither of those were questions

If you have a mic why aren't you using it? To me that doesn't sound like teamplay.

If there is a reason you are unable to use your mic that is another matter. But you have been asked multiple times to use your mic and every time you say you have one but don't use it.
