I love creek the map and hate creek the mode.

I love creek. The foliage is a nice change from building battles.

Vacant is my least favorite. I feel like one of the AI baddies on Serious Sam. I spawn and run full speed towards the HQ and die...rinse/repeat until the round is over.

Of course you do you have your smores and your sniper rifle ready. I just don't like it on S&D I would much rather see sabotage. Even domination would be better because the enemy doesn't have their fire focused on two plant sites.

Yea your right they focus their fire on one target which is usually B.

Yeah if you are a lemming....or a duck. You can always go through tunnels for A or C chode.

you would rather creek be set up for sniper heaven? fuck that. that's why it got switched the first time. fuck domination on creek. and i think we all know how sabotage would work on this open map. search and destroy is about the only option. it makes you think. you can't all go like lemmings to one point because of the camping ass snipers. that's why i normally do what i do on this map and make my way around all of them, and silently p90 them in the back.

in case nobody has figured it out, i hate most domination maps. especially overgrown. and i know which of you will flame me for think it too; because you are camping ass snipers.

I must say that SnD on creek is a no go. That map could be fun with domination or sabotage, but SnD just promotes camping with sniper rifles which is no fun to begin with.

Then how about HQ? A team of snipers is not going to make much progress if they're sitting around sniping now will they?

I know the map's big, but just use weapons that are suited for range without being a sniper camper. Take my M16 kit for example. I keep an ACOG on it so that I can use it for extremely long - middle range shooting, and use my USP for close range engagements. Even a simple weapon with a red dot scope is suitable for long range engagements, as every weapon in the game has an effective range of across the map (as in defender's spawn to the offense's spawn on Pipeline range).

Yea but for some strange reason nobody does. One side gets A the other gets C and then everyone sets up on the ridge to snipe and you have maybe 2 or 3 people charging at B dieing, actually going for the objective. I believe thats why we first switched the map to SnD because of to much camping.....looks like it didn't help much.......but i doubt switching back to dom and hoping this time nobody will camp is going to do much good either....sab would just end with the bomb sitting in the middle while everyone snipes.

I think that is the only way to solve it.
