Re: Survival Diary
Blackberry Entry-Diary December 8th.
December 8th- Fire Station. 1633 hrs
I broke into the supply room with the Jaws Of Life and found a crate full of about fifty road flares. I stuffed them into one of the side compartments. If anything we could use them to make fires to cook any food we stumble across. I've kept all the tools on the truck just in-case we find someone still alive maybe we can save them. I also put a few Scott air packs inside. If we don't use them for breathing air we can use them for small bombs.
I've got a plan. There is a National Guard armory over in New Jersey. Its only about forty minutes from here. And making it to the Philadelphia one will be almost impossible. As soon as I can get ahold of Grave or he shows up were going to make a run for it. Maybe just Maybe we can make it.
End Entry-Diary December 8th.

Re: Survival Diary
Dec 7 (from last night)
Walker woke up and seemed to be ok. His injured arm is shot but he could still use a pistol and maybe my rifle, which I'll hang on to, when it gets stronger since it probably has less recoil than the pistol he's using... I tied my knife to the shotgun he'd given me, I'd never actually shot a shotgun so this was going to be a fun experience. He also asked me to throw the rotting corpse of this female infected over the roof and away from him. From what I'd read in his journal it was the same one that had injured him. I am stupid enough to sneak up behind these things and kick them in the balls but I figured that throwing it over the roof might attract unwanted attention so I just dragged it out of the way. The skin on it's arm was so rotted that the top layer actually peeled off while I was dragging it... A very sickening experience. He said that I'd done a good job on his arm ( it was funny because I just tied bandages together and was trying to remember what I'd learned in that virtual medic class thing in the America's army game) I'm glad he made it though.
Dec 8
We had started moving through the streets where I just followed Walker around wherever he was going trying make as little noise as possible. When we came across two of them at a diner Walker started making all these weird nervous hand signals, he looked kind of ridiculous and funny but I got the message, then I knocked over a glass bottle... It was really silent but then one just started tracing me with its eyes which Walker again pointed out to me with hand signals.
When it got close Walker drove his cleaver into it's neck which was pretty gory, the other one saw him and then darted toward him, I was going to just stab it in the chest when it close to him but then he shot it in the face (which did look very cool) but then he got attacked by this one that screamed and moved extremely fast. It started clawing at him and I calmly walked over and hit it in the face with the butt of my shotgun, (should have used my knife or bat when I think about it but I still looked awesome) I backed it to a wall and caved in it's face with the end of my shotgun finishing it off.
Walker looked at me like a God (I could never be this good in a video game...) and then we patched him up. We walked on and came across another one of those things that Had scratched up Walker, he looked really freaked out... He threw a rock at it trying to get it's attention, as it got up I decided that I would show him that it's not that scary, so I walked up to her and shot her in the face which felt really satisfying. But some shots from the shell hit a car just behind her and set off a car alarm... Now I felt stupid and we ran like heck when we saw them, all of them... Just so many.
We ran into a safe room and now here we are waiting for them to move on. Walker seems to know where he's going (even if he vaguely knows what he's doing) so I'll just wait for him to make a call and we'll move on. We'll just run right back into the fire...
Note: I really just restated everything from my point of view this time around so next time I'll actually add something to the story...

Didn't read much of that when I realized he was repeating everything walker said. :5
Guys if you don't have an idea of new stuff don't post it, if you want to recall what someone did please add it to your journal. Posting the same stuff despite some 'funnies' makes it unappealing to read.

Dec. 8th est. 1:00am...
FUCK! MOTHER FUCKING BASTURD! TOOK MY GOD DAMN SHOTTY!!!!! THAT WAS $150!!! THAT BASTURD IS GOING TO DIE WHETHER OR NOT I SEE HIM AGAIN!
Dec. 8th 6:00
Just raided a supermarket full of zombies, one must of hit a bunch of shoppers. Never seen so many people.. err zombies... at the super market.
For some reason there were tons of tubes with some lights I found there. I turned one on and it started ticking and glowing, I thought it was neat, but either the zombies thought like I think (god forbid, im not one.), oooor I should get rid of this thing.
Tossing the tube as far as I could they stopped running at me and heading towards the light they sratched and bit at the tube, and after about 10 long unsure seconds the damn thing exploded! Just like a freakin pipe bomb from that stupid harry potter puppet skit.
Food in our bellies and backpacks full of provisions, we get on the ATVs and continue on to find the AK and any other survivors. As usual a horde across the whole street trailing behind us...

Re: Survival Diary
OOC: this is what you say when you have an out of context comment just put 'OOC'. Also, TICK the following takes place in your vicinity.
IC:
December 8th, as the phone says.
I heard an explosion close by, so I drove to it. Driving slowly and ducking low I found a large grease stain. There were probably a bunch of zombies there... once upon a time. I pulled to a stop near to it and put the parking brake on. I peeked up and looked around for a few minutes. I shut the car off a wile ago and none of the zombies have noticed me yet. One came very close but it wandered away quickly. I think this car is air tight enough and the zombies are stupid enough for me to be safe in here.
I've been panning he laser pointer around in only places that look not as deserted. I have the feeling someone else is around here... but I've gotten no responses yet. If not, I'm going to go find a radio. I also need gas. I'm on about half a tank and this car isn't exactly a hybrid.
