every time i try re-installing this game it always pops up the send error or dont send error then closes??

anyone please help to fix this

i bought this game and haven't played it once.

What exactly is the error message? At first glance my guess would be not have the correct directx.dll file in your CODWaW folder, but won't know until you tell us what the exact error message is.

Have you made sure that all of your video drivers are up to date? I know its frustrating,but start with the obvious,then lets work our way to the more complicated. As Chosen asked,what is the message? Have you tried googleing to see if others are having the same problem?

now it says error code 1305

Problem #1 Error 1305 code : Call of Duty 4 Installation error 1305
Solution A : have your CoD4 replaced. It’s possible that your CoD4 disk is damaged.

This is a common error code for many applications. It typically means the actual disk is bad. You could take it back to the store and get a replacement if possible. Or find an online solution.
