Now THAT's the kinda stats I wanna see for L4D.. fuck that "OMG HL LOVES HEADSHOTS!!" style of stats. Gimme damage as a hunter/smoker/boomer, gimme assists as a survivor, heals, revives, etc.. fuck headshots.. who gives a shit about headshots.. especially when it tallies every head shot, including against common infected.. which is basically setting your weapon height, closing your eyes, and holding down the fire button till you run out of ammo.

yeah I do find that stat to be funny. Especially when you know the horde is coming like in finales and such. The common kills dont mean much. Special infected kills and damage as special is what counts.

My thought on the high accuracy of some weapons is the fact that you can hit 2,3 or more infected with one bullet. Sometimes one shot can kill a couple infected cause they run at you in a line. Thats the only thing I can think of to cause me to have 98% on a gun.
