I just played the demo and I must say.....AWESOME! SO many different guns, extra realistic gore, etc. I would say its worth the $33 or so dollars for a portion of a 4 pack.

Pote you guys can always buy it without a 4th, because the gifts the buyer gets never expire. So you can get the deal now, and eventually someone will want L4D2 (prolly first week of release), and you'll have a copy read to send his way once he pays you the ~$35
