I like em both for different reasons. I like L4D2 better though, but then that's because it's so new. For smaller, pointed strats and tactics, you can't beat L4D2. But for large team objectives and overall comraderie, I don't think you can beat the Battlefield series.

Both games are great.

EDIT: Besides in L4D2 you can't just go to a random spot and get healed + ammo within 2 seconds. If jets/helos had to land they would be much less dominate then they are now (but then all the airwhore would cry they can't get a billion kills a second)

This was a fun little conversation for a while... lets get it back to that.

BF2 people are funny, say a bad thing about the game and they get all pissy, even if its true. Jets and Choppers are out of balance with the rest of the game. Just like in L4D medkits where fucking up the balance, less so but still were. 2 gotten better at least it seems with the map designs and SI/CI negating the spam fest of medkits a bit.

L4D2 seems to have more of a balance and makes it more fun, thus it would be better then L4D imo.

Likewise L4D2 has a more balanced gameplay then BF2 and makes it better. Hell compared to PR, L4D2 wins based on more action packed (though when the action hits in PR its more suspensful then L4D2).

Like i said, just like CSS people, can't bring an argument but dare anyone say something bad about CSS and they get attacked by every single CSS player out there no matter how true it is.

Does anybody know if there is one of those free weekend dealys coming up? I never played the first one,but wouldn't mind trying either of them. After the Borderlands purchase (which I absolutely hated,and ended up giving away),I am a bit hesitent to throw down any cash on a game I may or may not enjoy.
