You sure? Pretty sure I died a couple times during one run on Expert, survived the finale, and didn't get the achievement. Maybe I just got bugged :/

I think the deal was that if you died, and they finished a part of the level with you dead you didn't get it. But if you are brought back before the level ends you did.

I really had a blast with you guys. and for those that werent there, you can not understand how ridiculously crazy bigdog got robbed. We had all the cans in the tank all 4 up back peddaling away from the tank to the car, last person got in and car takes off, but apparently the tank rocked bigdog after we all 4 were in, very shitty. We had tried several times and this run went really damn good. Now to score expert on the other 4 maps.

I believe it's teh same way as well. But at least on this one, I can verify that cainun died. However, he has a private profile (hate that), so I can't check his L4D stats to see if he got an expert completion for a camapign.

You guys make me sad I don't have L4D 2........No love for L4D1 anymore

I was the guy that put the last tank in. I was standing against the car, right there. It started up....and I'm like, sweet, I guess we won. Fades out...car drives away....and "in memory of ...bigdog..." comes up.
