Newbie to the keyboard controls - trying to find friends!

Thread title pretty much says it all.

I've come from about nearly 9 months of experience playing L4D2 on the Xbox. I mainly stick to Versus/Scavenge, but would like to get used to the PC adaptation, because I've heard a lot of good things about PC controls and the overall atmosphere of players.

Steam ID is Iggy04, although it shows up as Iggy.

I should mention that I'm still getting a grasp of PC controls, just in case anyone ever feels like taking a run through a campaign (on Easy/Normal). As soon as I get better, though, I'm hopping into Scavenge/Versus - that's where all the real fun starts. :P

(I pretty much understand a lot of nuances about the gameplay, it's just my keyboard-handicapped abilities.)

The real fun is Realism VS. Get ready to go down from standing in spit for 4 seconds. The level of play here is very high, but dont get discouraged (I am actually pretty bad in comparison to the top players). We are friendly, and in the most friendly way possible we will tell you when you fuck up. Everyone, i mean everyone, is extended the same courtesy.

Get them controls ready, you will be better on the PC then you ever were on xbox in a week... A lot of L4D regs are playing BF3 right now so the games are fewer and farther between.

Welcome to TPG, judging by the tone in your post you will fit in well here. Dont be hesitant to mix it up right away, you'll learn more playing 1 rVS with our group then 10 scavenges with randoms.
