Question for those of you that went to the BYOC last year... I have several seats in a row booked for family that are coming. When do they need to check in to make sure they have their seats for the weekend? I heard they give up the seats for people who have not checked in by Friday afternoon... is this right? I won't be able to get there until later on Thursday night for my check in and most others won't make it till friday mid-day...

I believe, don't quote me on this, they don't give up open seats until late Friday. At that point people can relocate and such but if you are in the TPG area I am sure your seats won't taken even if your people show up late.

Anyone else with validations have trouble getting out? I left this morning at about 4:30. My validation didn't get recognized by the machine and wanted to charge me $40 for 24 hours of parking. Hit the "assistance" button and they just let me out without talking. I went over to see what was up and they just said "meh, whatever" pretty much and didn't make me pay.

Yeah, well I was too stupid to hit assistance, and just paid the money left after validation. Now I feel smart...

That's what I was expecting for mine, but instead I was getting charged $40 and nothing was being taken off.

I added the parking to my room. It was 12.95 instead of 19.95 or whatever. When I left the hotel the first time the reader did not read it. I called the hotel (didn't see the assist button on the machine) and asked them what was up. Someone came right over and let me out. They said the machines had been acting up. Then the next night I was heading up to the room to get some beers for chronic and I and my key didn't work on my room. Had to wake my wife up at 1 or 2 or whatever time it was. I felt bad.. :/
