My brother in law(elventyfive) and I reserved the room on a card last night at the Hilton. We are going to stay at the same place the LAN so we can hit up the room whenever we need. We will have room so any members that wants to hoof it and sleep in a sleeping bag or cot thats fine.
BIGTEX members will get first pick after that anyone is welcome to crash in the room.

If you search on Dallas, TX on Marriott's site... The first 5 results are all within reasonable proximity of the Anatole. The Renaissance is probably the closest. The Fairfield Inn & Courtyard at Dallas Market Center are both certainly within walking distance.

stayed at the atrium on a HS band trip...is is AMAZING!!! beautiful and humid too ^_^

Here is a beginning for teamplay stratagery.

I reserved a room for us at the Anatole (QuakeCon hotel) Friday night thru Sunday noon. The room is open to use as a crash pad/rest pad for TTPers.

I don't know if I'll sleep there. I might end up sleeping on the floor of a Motel6. Who knows. Hub's air mattress with bewbs will be hard to walk away from.
