****I talked to someone intelligent, first off yes atrium is farhter but connected to the towers, 2nd if you stay 12-15 th with people it is $531.30 with tax and a deposit of $177.10 which is REFUNDABLE until August 10th! if you choose to cancel. THE TOWERS IF FULL NO MORE ROOMS AVILABLE, hence the atrium and was also advised the they only have a few rooms left in the Atrirum... I do believe we need to contact another hotel to try and get a group rate since they only have a few rooms left. Like last year Embassy kicked ass and was able to provide transport between them and the gaylord!!!

Trick is to find a hotel that has shuttles running 24/7 to and from quakecon. The place we stayed at last year had the service and all the van drivers were either drunk or crazy. :9
