Complaint about the server Administration / Pardon Request

Hello TPG Support Team,

I would like to apologize myself for talking in the global channel, and would still like to complain about the aggressive attitude of your administrators, since I received immediate ban without warning or chance to apologize

I believe the right thing to do would be to kick once (or at least be warned), and if it persists being banned, but an immediate ban is at least disrespectful.

I see you also post in the banned forums. That is the correct place to post since you were banned. The admins for that game will reply shortly to that post so please check back often.
