I personally see no reason to continue this back and forth argument, Like this it will go on and on. I have explained everything in my point of view dozens of times by now, re-read if you like, Anyone who feels they need more peaceful explanation contact me on steam/email/PM/or xfire. We have spent hours of forums back to back replies, When we could be on the server keeping it alive.

Yes and I never told him over normal chat to stop b/c the samething over admin chat should not only stop him, it should be taken even more seriously.

It was a small situation that you over reacted to. it was a simple "Prock what the crap stop team killing me" and that was it. Going to God chat was jumping the gun and unneeded really.

It's been started it has to be finished. This is an abuse claim, made toward you. It can't be finished any where else but here.

So be it.

Is this admin abuse or not, Highs, Mids, whoever decides this?

Guyver it's over. Insane is right about one thing, there is no point in continuing this back and forth. Stop while you're ahead. Let whoever needs to handle this handle it.

Whatever the case, if one or both of us over reacted, what happened happened, no changing that, what is going to happen will happen, But no use in fighting about it in the time being, Our intentions should be towards the good of the server...

Still, I do see Prock as guilty of outing an admin. There are quite a few things to sort threw in this thread.

Let's see if I can summarize so far.

(1) FF On is agreed upon with the understanding that ITKing will go on.

(2) Insane is TKed, did not hear the reason for FF being On, and thus warns the TKer albeit vaguely. Proc then TKs again and is kicked.

(3) Shortly after the TKer was kicked, he comes back in and outs Insane as an admin. He is then kicked.

(4) Then, Proc rejoins and joins the other team. At this point, it is 4 on 1. The admin asks for the teams to be evened. Nothing happens, so the admin manually evens the teams.

(5) Proc comes back in and outs Insane as an admin.

That appears to be the sum of events as they occurred.

That's a close summary, let me edit your points properly:

(1) I asked for FF on, and made a voice statement that I wanted it on so that i could kill everybody. Insane posted a Vote for FF, and it was voted on.

(2) I only had one oppurtunity to TK Insane and I took it. The vague warning came up right after i TK'ed him, and then he booted me just a few seconds after that.

(3) I never outted Insane technically speaking. (Admin) implied that i was outting the (Admin), when I was actually just bitching at Insane. (Admin) booted me again, but there wasn't a reason given for it. I don't care what the reason was on the second boot. My argument is for the initial boot that was purely an abuse of power from a regular server player towards another regular server player. If what I did was a crime in this case, then ban me. If i did the crime, then i'll do the time.

(4) I did rejoin the server after the second boot. I don't think that it is possible to join a server and make the teams 4v1, so that's a mistake. When i joined, there were 4 other players. Insane, Evil Donkey, Guyver, and the Nonregular. Insane and Evil Donkey were on the Axis team, Guyver and the Nonreg were on the Allies. I joined the Allies, and began killing Insane over and over. Insane continued to be a dick and Evil Donkey got tired of playing with Insane, so Evil Donkey went to spectate. At that point, the game became 3v1, but it did not matter because Guyver and the Nonregular were not participating while I was killing Insane repetedely. The game was only me vs. Insane. (Admin) called for us to even the teams, but nobody wanted to play on Insane's team, so he switched me over. This was a dick-move on Insane's part because it was an unfair team balance and Insane knows the skill level of all the regular players on the DoD server. Prock and Insane Vs. Guyver and Nonregular is an intentional skill level mismatch made by the admin. I don't consider switching me from one team to the other an abuse of power, but he should not have skill stacked the teams.

(5) This point should be rolled into point (3) because there was little or no action after point (4). Here are the events just seconds after point (4). After Insane switched me over to his team, Guyver and Donkey left the server. I left the server a few moments after they did. I don't know what Insane and the Nonregular did after I left.
