Okay HEMI, let's begin, shall we?

First of all, you being a longtime reg and resident clan member DOES NOT give you any rights or privileges above that of a player that randomly joins. IN FACT you are held to a higher standard and more is expected out of you. You know our rules and you know how strict we are enforcing them. Ignorance is not an excuse here.

Next, I would like to make a note that your banned post and this post seem to differ quite a bit in your recollection of the events that had transpired.

I was kicked and banned from the Counter-Strike: Source server, the main one, not the top 5. I'm pretty sure it was quicklightning, for what reason I honestly have no idea. To me, this shows that you acknowledge that you were being yelled at for ignoring the call... But you are still overlooking some of your actions.

I'll paint a picture of what happened to refresh your memory. Feel free reply denying anything you feel is incorrect.


We're on de_cbbl, you are on Counter Terrorist and I am on Terrorist. My team is completely raping your team repeatedly. We are calling slow plays every round because your team will not stop pushing out in single file lines. You are giving up around half your team before we even leave the Courtyard and B-Tunnels every single round. I let this go until it was pretty obvious that the CTs were not listening so I left the T side to the other admin present at the time and joined up with the CTs.

My first round on Counter Terrorist I warn everyone that the Terrorists will be continuing to slow play since we are making ourselves such easy targets... I get ignored and the majority of our team is once again dead before the Terrorists push anything.

The second round I once again pleaded with the team, please do not push up they will be waiting and they will beat you. Of course these words once again fall upon deaf ears.

The next round, I make my warning much more firm CLEARLY making a call that NO CTs are to push up... you and a few others ignore me and push right into B-Tunnels and die quite quickly.

Now here is where I am being extremely lenient... I am usually really quick on the banhammer when a LONGTIME REG ignores a call, but I give you the benefit of the doubt and one more round to make amends. I instead choose to just verbally berate you. I'm not ashamed to admit that while you were dead and we were sitting in the sites still waiting for the Terrorists to push, I said you were "Fucking retarded for not listening" and I stand by that comment, from one player to another, you are stupid as hell for not learning your lesson from the many, many rounds before I joined, my verbal warnings and my very firm call from this round.

So what do I get the next round? It seems like you shaped up... you stood with me in the B site while we waited for their rush... We then hear a call for help from A. We both rotate through connector to see what is going on and I try lining up a shot for the Long A exit only to be staring directly at your character's torso while you stare back at me... great. I tell you to move and I get no response. I strafe to the right only to have you follow. You were CLEARLY trying to block the shot of your teammate while you were already skating on thin ice for ignoring a clearly made call. I gave you one last verbal warning to get the hell out of my way... with no response. So you got exactly what you deserved and I hoped maybe you would learn from it.

Are you trying to get around going through this unban process for some reason? Maybe you didn't want to have to answer to me and face the facts? Fess up and tell the truth here, in public.

This has nothing to do with me feeling "big" or anything like that. And what, I can't have an important life if I can find time to dedicate to a server with ideals that I love? I am taking time away from my family and my own enjoyment of the game to make sure people like YOU have a stable place to play where teamworking is enforced religiously and trash is purged daily. If you enjoy TTP I would help you would have the decency to appreciate what we do here and the work that goes into maintaining a server like ours.

I tried hard to be respectful in this process using only facts, but this attitude is pissing me off. Go enjoy your "Good Life" outside of TTP then. We don't need trash like you that is going to sit here and insult the admins that will be voting on your case.
