I was kicked by an admin because of my in game name which is: MiLKdUD!^BaN

I explained to him that banished was a clan, he said it was against the rules, i checked motd seen nothing about it. If it is, then I will take it off, but i dont see the big deal

Ahh i was not banned, i was just kicked. I was just asking for some clarification is all.

Milkdud, I was your kicking admin. Things in your name that infer shit that will get you banned is not tolerated. Things like hacks or drug references. The point is if you joke about banning, I will ban you. That simple. At the time I was the only admin on and already dealing with other asshats. I refuse to argue with you in game about your name. You do what the admin says no questions. I kicked you about 2 rounds after I warned you, so you would change your name and come back.

You are not banned, feel free to come back to the servers with simply your milkdud name and you will be fine.

Just remember, If your clan name was ihack^ or something, the same thing would be done. See you in the servers...

No one here cares about you clan tag. You were kicked because you were trying to discuss a closed matter with an admin. As you are here.

If you were indeed making jokes about banning someone, then I can see where the Admins took alert to your name.

We have a very strict tolerance for people that choose to impersonate an Admin.

However if you get on the server and be a good TeamPlayer, then I would think that your name would not get the attention of an Admin, although it is kind of a eyebrow raiser of a name.

Keep in mind too that sometimes the CSS server can be a handfull at times and with one Admin on board, may have a short tolerance for anything out of the ordinary and set the stage with authority to ensure a good game Atmosphere.

So although your name may not be a problem per say with us, it may have set up an alert for the Admin at the time, so if he ask you to modify, out of pure respect to show you are a TeamPlayer and not there to cause trouble and to support the Admin, why wouldn't you just follow his request to show him that you comply?

You could have came to the forum and then explained your game name and ask if it would be appropriate on our game servers in a profesional manner and never had a problem in game.

If an Admin ask me to do something, I am not going to sit there and question him,,,, I am going to do whatever he ask me to do if I can in order to show him that I will comply and am Not there to screw around or cause any problems for the server....
