Thread: ADMIN ABUSE - MUGTAQ or somethin like that

Hi,

I was banned by an immature admin of yours named Mugtad or something close to that.

First he kicks me from server so that he can take a jet I was in line for, Then when I come back to server he bans me for calling him out on it.

I highly doubt you want your server to have a reputation like Digital Anarchy, so I would appreciate being un-banned and you guys evaluating whoever that child is with admin powers.

It's ridiculous.

No I didnt break any rules whatsoever, I was just chillin for a few rounds mindin my own business. I actually like your guys server alot.

Anyways this Mugtad or whatever dude logs on out of nowhere and just starts kicking so he can pilot the jet, which he totally was failing at to boot.

This happened about 5 minutes ago, about the same time everyone started leaving the server thanks to him.

We will of course look into your claim. However, our admins do not ban because they want jets or helicopters or anything of the sort. I highly doubt you were banned for what you claim. Which means, there is something else your not telling us. Would you care to elaborate on the situation now, or would you rather wait?

I would also advise you to read our rules and expectations for players on our server.

You don't know me and I don't know you, so how about at least the benefit of the doubt?

Anyways, as I said at first, I was in line for jet, this guy kicks me so he can get it.

I log back on and call him out on it, he bans me.

Not very complicated really.

I thought I was on Digital Anarchy server for a minute, please dont tell me you guys condone this type of crap from your admin.

Well, you can continue talking like someone who has some sort of authority here, or you can lose the attitude and have your case listened to. If you continue to bring this sort of "I'm right, you're wrong" mindset, and this will be over very quickly.

Your account of what just happened is missing some details. I will fill them in.

The server was 1/2 emtpy due to loading of Highway Tampa. Any history around this server and you would be in the know that Highway Tampa has this effect on the population. It has been discussed repeatedly.

I am flying the jet with you as my squad leader. I do believe you sat in the hangar the entire time I was flying. I crash and come back to the hangar where you still are. I hit E and take the plane. You proceed to stand in front of me facing the plane. I take off and run you over. You punish. You weren't kicked so I could take an asset. You were kicked for throwing a tantrum and forcing a TK because you didn't get the jet.

TKPUNISH: 33Grasshopper33 punishes Muqtar SGT_Clintok for a teamkill (33Grasshopper33 has 1 punishes and 0 forgives)
Force team kill is grounds for either a kick or a ban, admin discretion. I choose the path of a kick.

You immediately come back to the server:
[19:38:18] 33Grasshopper33 -> So this is a digital anarchy server now? admins kick so they can jet whore?

At which point you were banned for admin disrespect.

1.) There is no line for planes or vehicles.
2.) Forcing a team kill is the same as teamkilling which we kick/ ban for depending on situation.
3.) Admin decisions are final. Coming back onto the server and voicing sarcasm about an admin decision is disrespect. That usually earns you a ban.

Wow man, where do I even start with your lies?

1. I never forced a TK on anyone.
2. I wasnt "waiting in the hangar" the entire match by any means whatsoever. I took my first 4 deaths from tanks and flag capping attempts, and wanted a change of pace.
3. I was kicked the moment I went up to the spawned jet.
4. Kicking for a jet is bad enough, but seriously coming on here and lying about it is just sad.

All I can say is I hope you are just some teenage kid, because any adult acting like you are is just sad.

Do what you will with the ban, but if this clown is any example of how you run your server, I'll gladly delete TTP from my list.
