I feel Cheated

I am sorry if this is in the wrong section.

I am here to complain about the way I was banned. I know playing on the servers of Texas Team Players is a privilege and not a right. I understand that, but I feel like I have been cheated in my privilege to play when I know I did nothing wrong.

I was banned for cheating on 9/24/09. Here is the thread for the ban appeal:

I stated my case and when the admin responded I gave full exact detail explaining what happened. I guess the votes were taken and I am still banned. I DO have a problem with this because where is the evidence besides eye witnesses? Demos, Screenshots, or anything?? I believe there should be some proof showing that I was cheating. None was given, just some certain situations that I told the admin exactly what happened. Everyone's game is different, One person may hear something or see something that whoever is specing them might not know or see. And it may look shady but actually the person's actions were legit. Sound, Calls in-game, RADAR, and all different factors play a role. Did the admin see what I saw or heard what I heard. No, I don't believe so. That is why I believe I have been cheated and wrongfully accused. I am fighting and complaining about this because I feel cheated. I am innocent and I know it. Just like if you were to get cheated on by someone else. I am sick to my stomach and frustrated.

I private messaged the admin and left him a pm that had vulgar language and an angry attitude to it. I apologize for that and I am sorry if I came off as having a bad attitude in my first post. I am sincerely sorry. I just feel really bad that I can't spend my free time on an amazing server just because some players thought I cheated. I am also sorry if this is in the wrong place on the forums.

Just because you didn't see demos, doesn't mean there are none.

That kind of stuff is almost never shown in your ban appeal.

Cussing out the admin because you disagree with the decision won't help things, either.

I know that but I am pretty sure there was no demo taken. I might be wrong but I am pretty sure there was no demo and If there was I can explain everything in detail to what happened.

I didn't cuss him out, I just dropped some f bombs in my reply to the private message. On the account of how frustrated I am. That's is why I apologized for it. I just honestly feel like I did nothing wrong and I am getting punished for it.

Yeah... great attitude.

Not to mention the fact that no less then three long time and experienced admins were specing you over multiple rounds and all agreed that your play was really suspicious.

Well I am frustrated with this. I was able to explain every round that looked "shady" or "suspicious" in detail. Do you think a cheater would be able to do that. I know my play was legit and every explanation that I gave was from a legit player.

And multiple rounds?? I will explain what happened during every round if I can remember if needed. Not a problem at all.

And you had your day in court. And by a unanimous vote of 40 admins they decided that your suspicious play and poor attitude were enough to keep you banned. You can appeal this in 30 days when you will have another chance to prove yourself.

Change your attitude and then come back in 24 days, you're getting nowhere with this thread.

And as Guyver said, just cause you didn't see the evidence doesn't mean there is none.

I shouldn;t have been banned in the first place, that is my point. This is ridiculous. Problem not resolved one bit. Show me the evidence that you have. I can explain myself. I think I should atleast get a chance for that. I see that admins get a chance to explain themselves when they are called out, why not me? I think there is two sides to every story. I feel like I am not even getting a chance. Yeah, I posted my case and was denied, I was still not able to plea my case to explain what happened.

Yeah I can wait 30 days to appeal once again but I don't care about that. It is the point at hand. I was taught to fight when things are wrong. And this is very wrong. I am sorry for my attitude but it is how I truly feel.
