I was not involved with this incident but I want to leave this bit of wisdom. You joined a server called TEAMPLAYER GAMING and sit back to snipe. Were you helping to cap the objective? EAs ROE have no bearing on server rules regarding objectives. You can use the sniper kit all you want, but on this server you push for the objective or die trying. Failing to do so will result in your removal with a kick or ban.

No offense of words, but unless of doing something offensive, glitching, or teamkilling, my gameplay should not be nazified (or controlled may be a better word) by any admin. Just because it's a hardcore server, doesn't mean that teamplay isn't enforced. If you were indeed not helping your team...then the admin was well within his rights and powers to kick you.

We're not called TeamPlayerGaming for shits and giggles.

Wrong, its nothing against snipers, its about how YOU play the class. I have no trouble at all pushing with the team, covering the team, and capturing the objective, ALL while playing the sniping class (look at my stats, 90% of my 6.48kdr play time is as a sniper). Sniping is not just sitting on a hill, setting up camp, and taking pot shots, that kind of scrub ideology is what gives snipers a bad name to begin with. I can already tell what the problem is from your posts alone. True, covering your team with the sniper is more than helpful, but you've already said (by omission) that covering your team is not what you were doing. You've clearly stated you were just getting kills, aka camping. Which is not helpful. And yes there is quite the distinction. For example, sniping people out of spawn is getting kills while not covering the team. We'd rather fill that spot your occupying with someone whom actually wants to help the team out.

Just because he said he was getting kills doesn't mean that's all he's doing. You're getting kills too, aren't you?

He seemed to say he was getting kills supporting to take over the MCOM stations. In the event this is not the case, disregard this post.

And if i get accused of camping or non-teamplay i become quite virulent about how i was covering teammates.

I dont see any connotation of support or anything about mcom stations. All i see is a mention of "getting kills"

But ya, disreguard my posts as well should i be wrong.

My two cents: I think the kick was good. He stated that "If I like to sit around and snipe as long as im getting kills, I should be able to, I if want to rpg everyone I see (wich I look down on) I should be able to do that as well." It does matter because he is not working with his squad unless the squad leader order him to do that.
