CS:GO Reserve Slot seems to not be working?

I purchased a reserve slot a few days ago and have not been able to get it to work. I still cannot connect to a full server; it drops me due to slot reservation.

If someone could help me either figure it out on my end, or on TPG's end, i would greatly appreciate it.

it takes times for paypal to move the money around, depending on the type of account you have. Has paypal confirmed the transaction or put any delays on it?

yea paypal has confirmed it:

so im not sure what the problem could be because i think i entered my steam id in the right way on my profile, etc.

according to paypal, the most recent thing you did was actually cancel this slot?

what the heck.. could i have done that when trying to see if it went through.. i didn't cancel anything on purpose if i did..

i might have canceled this one at the same time i canceled a different subscription i have going through paypal..

yea not sure about that, but shouldnt my slot still work for this month that i paid for it? once this month is up i will just resubscribe to the rest

i bought a reserved slot for 5 dollars for the very reason that i do not want to keep getting kicked off every time the map changes due to slot reservation.

I would very much like to get to use what my money paid for. since we are looking at now 1 less week that i will get a slot reservation.

please help me fix this problem so i can play on the server without this problem that i paid to avoid having.

We'll make sure you get the full amount of time you paid for. Our admin with the ability to fix this is out with a few personal issues. We will alert him and he will get this taken care of as soon as he can. Sorry for the inconvenience.

and we'll add a month to your slot, just to make sure you get what you paid for, trust me. Go ahead and cancel all your pending slots, just to make sure you aren't still draining money, and it will get fixed.

I just tried to join the CS:GO server with my reserve slot and i see that my subscription has been ended. I was aware that it would be extended because i could not use my first month until at least half way through.

Please help me with this, all i want to do is play in the full server with all of the regs. That is why i paid the 5 dollars originally.
