Thread: Automatic payment made, then subscription cancelled next day?

Hello,
I just wanted to make sure I'm not double billed. Yesterday I was notified of my usual automatic payment, then today received notice my subscription had been cancelled. I went ahead and made a three month paymet via PayPal just now, but wanted to see if i was paying for July twice..

Basically the same thing happened to me. The payment was made to the new TPG paypal account though for me. But then three days later it says the subscription was canceled.

we are aware. Some payments seems to have slipped through. technically, you guys sent payments to texasteamplayers@yahoo, and NOT to the new TPG account. the payments were received, but the new TPG system didn't recognize them as a subscription renewal.

this will happen to ALL RESERVISTS WHO MADE PAYMENTS IN THE LAST 3 OR 4 DAYS. So spread the word.

Come in, say when your payment was made and to what kind of server, MAKE SURE YOUR PROFILE IS IN ORDER IN TERMS OF GAME IDS AND SUCH, and we'll fix it.

for example, felix....I can't make a slot for someone that doesn't have their steamID in their profile.

If you recently made payment (6/28-7/6 or so) to texasteamplayers@yahoo.com, then likely your payment was NOT RECOGNIZED by TeamPlayerGaming.com as a subscription renewal. Simply make a post in the reservist request forum (because you don't have permission to enter the reservist discussion forum, right?) letting us know this happened to you, and WE WILL CREDIT YOUR RESERVE SLOT WITH AN EXTRA MONTH (since you just paid for it).

I am so lost. payed 7-1 canceled 7-7, but it showed as payed to tpg llc. I am guessing I need to renew, am I expired?

i had one for the CSS server. do i need to make a new thread or will this suffice? And how do i resubscribe without charging a month right away?

My profile has been updated. I thought I'd already taken care of that, but in any case, the Steam ID is now there. Thanks!

you don't. I have credited your slot with one month. When the months runs out (8/8 or so), then sign up for a new slot.

and for some reason, you also signed up for a slot, and have now double paid for the month.

I have CANCELLED your current slot, and credited it with an extra month. When it expires (9/7 or so), sign up for a new one.

sheesh.
