Yup, and I believe it gets a charged uber faster also. I wouldnt say its really good for pushing, more for regrouping or holding a section. I mean the regular uber is still the best in most situations, but the quick-fix has surprised me at how useful it can be.

In a one medic scenario.... it can work. The charge on it is ALMOST as good as an uber if the medic yielding can stay back and not get smashed. They call it the quick fix and the name is perfect, things happen fast but not as well....
Thinking about it, the new pyro flamethrower is pretty fun. Lack of air blast sucks but if you can get the drop on a group or get an uber with MMPPPHHHHHHHH..... pretty deadly.

The quick fix is awful. It can't overheal, which gimps every soldier and demo on your team who wants to jump, slowing your team down; that lack of overheal also prevents you from getting groups of your teammates buffed and ready to fight on a rollout or between engagements. The uber is useless too; the medic gets absolutely no protection from it, and no increase in combat ability for his pocket(s) to defend him with.
In pub play, a medic who focuses on keeping his team's strongest heavy classes alive and in the fight does better than the triage medic who runs into the battlefield trying to keep up with a scout who's missing 5 hp. You can't pocket effectively if you can't overheal, and you can't use that uber effectively when both regular ubers and half the classes in the game can just murder you at will during it.
