Go in a game, everything is fine, Though once it finishes loading for the next map i keep getting Warning: Connection Problem for about 5 secs then it will go back to the game for 5 secs and then straight back to connection problem and this will repeat forever, but if my character goes idle or I'm dead it doesn't do it and goes on with the game fine, but as soon as I'm in playing it does the connection problem.

Only changes is I'm in Australia and with my net once i have gone over my download limit i am capped to dial up speed, i have played L4D though with dial up speed and never had this problem before.

Can you check your ping and see what it looks like when this is happening? Also make sure you don't have any other programs that are trying to update themselves while you are playing.

Servers close to me i can have a ping of around 100-150 and it does it, only happens after it has loaded the next map, so i can join a lobby/server and play but once maps finished and has loaded the next one i get the connection problem coming up for 5 secs, then goes back to the game for 5 secs and back to connection problem.

Only thing i have up is my Avast and steam, avast is turned off, manual updating only and steam is set to stop any downloads when i enter a game.
