Wow, That is really cool. I still don't know how to jump THAT high. I thought i had just figured it out too... (Jump crouch shoot). I thought i had the secret formula... And I still can't jump as high as that guy does, WTF? What is the secret!?

you just jump and before you reach the peak of the jump, you shoot at your feet....all hes doing is looking the direction he wants to go after he has successfully made the jump.......this dates back to good ole tfc days back in the mid 90's...cool shit though.

I don't think so, maybe I just haven't got the hang of it. He's jumping much higher than a usual rocket jump. There is a difference between when you jump crouch, and when you just jump, and even then he is jumping higher than I usually do with the jump crouch method. It looks like hes jumping the same height as the demoman. I wanna see someone be able to replicate that jump to lvl 3 of the gravelpit tower with a soldier(first jump in the vid).

I'll be happy to try any of the other ones and offer any insight I can. You have the idea right, but just need to *practice* to get the execution.

It's not just about jumping, shooting, and crouching. The angle at which you fire the rocket determines your trajectory. Play around with it and you should be able to figure it out.
