Survivors

Home Run - Play in 10 games were the BaseBall Bat is unlocked.

MapMaker - Play through 100 campaign games.

Boom Headshot! - get a 60% or higher Headshot percentage in a campaign.

10 Million Bullets - In total Shoot 10 bullets

Kill To Live - Your team Kills in 3000 infected in one campaign.

Tank Experts - your team kill a tank on advanced or expert difficulty without useing explosives, and only pistols

Infected

Live to Kill - earn 12 incaps in one versus match

The Spitter - in total Spit and incapacitate someone 50 times

The Charger - In total Charge someone 300 times

The Jockey - In total as the jockey ride someone 300 times

The Tank - in total Incapacitate 50 survivors as the tank

The Smoker - Smoke someone off an edge 60 times

The Boomer - spawn 25 000 ifected as a boomer.

The Hunter - Incapacitate 70 survivors as the hunter

The witch - your team as infected use the witch to kill a survivor 30 times

Fire hurts - Kill a survivor as a burning hunter


Realism Mode

Complete a realism game on expert

Nice - The Spitter would be pretty hard unless your aiming at someone who has already been incapped and only has 1 health. Fire Hurts would have to be on someone who has been greyscreened (cant go incapped again) otherwise the hunter cant kill it, but it'll be fun.

Manhunt - Kill all Common and Uncommon who do not come on the map due to Incoming Attacks.

Dead Silence - Get through an entire campaign without any incoming attacks apart from at Cresendos and The Finale.

Locksmith - Break all breakable doors in a campaign (or let the infected do it for you)

Official Instructions - Stand in the same place for 30 minutes to wait for "Official Instructions"

Foolhardy: Get incapacitated by a tank whilst attacking it with a melee weapon, and survive.

Hero: Single-handedly defeat a horde on expert.

Questionable Procedure: Beat 25 infected to death with a medkit or defibrillator.

Down, But Not Out: Kill 10 special infected with your pistols/magnum whilst incapacitated.

Don't Stop Running!: Turn off the alarm in the Parish crescendo event in less than a minute.

CHARGE!: When a horde event begins, kill any common infected in the horde in less than five seconds.

Oh, Shi-: Get punched by a tank within five seconds of triggering it. (This HAS happened to me, so I reckon it's possible in L4D2. ^_^")

Lights Off: Complete all five campaigns without startling any of the witches scattered throughout them. (This I thought would be a neat idea, if a little tough; what if this unlocked Bill for use?)

Merry Christmas: Save, revive or assist 100 teammates being attacked by special infected. (And this would unlock Francis for use!)

Go, I'll Hold Them Off: Protect 100 teammates with your pistols. (This would unlock Zoey, and will also promote discarded pistols everywhere, disenfranchised by the introduced melee weapons. Please. Spare a thought for the pistols.)

Do You Not Die?: inflict 10000 points of cumalative damage on Witches. (And this would unlock Louis!)

No Zombie Is Safe From...!: Complete every campaign on expert whilst realism mode is enabled. (You can guess. It unlocks the infamous Chicago Ted for use in game!)

The ideas for the next few should have been added to L4D2 to keep people playing:

Into the Cauldron - Do the most damage to 30 witches

Smokescreen - Kill 100 Smokers before they constrict anyone

Pounced and 0wned - Kill 100 Hunters before they pounce anyone

That makes me Sick! - Kill 100 Boomers without getting exploded on.

Ride to Hell! - Kill 100 Jockeys before they manage to ride you

Charged - Kill 100 Chargers before they Charge

Goo Away - Kill 100 Spitters before they Spit

Half Price Deal - Kill 5000 Infected on Dead Centre Campaign (any gm)

I like the achievements that encourage you to expand into other game modes; I hardly touch versus, singleplayer or survival in the original left 4 dead. The achievements 'kill x zombies' are good too, no matter what you do in-game, you're definitely working towards that. Nice suggestions!
