You already know the answer. If you play TF2 then you will have less time to play CSS. Pick your priorities and do yourself right.

I think it's a fairly fun game. It doesn't really compare to CS and 2142 though, because it's so different. if you're into games like quake or unreal I'd say DEFINITELY get it.

I loved the original Team Fortress; it was so fun! And from what I hear, its pretty much the same, just re-skinned. The orginal was fun beyond words. Sentry guns, flame-throwers, fat men toting mini-guns, and spies that can disguise themselves as the enemy soldiers! Whats not to like!

    Re: TF2

I just got TF2 for Christmas and In just a few short days, it has become my favorite game to play. It is most like DoD to me with classes and control points that have to be capped. It is way faster than DoD, almost Quake3 fast at times and it is by far the funniest multiplayer shooter around. But underneath all the funny stuff is really tactical shooter that has everything a TTP supported game should have.

Gumby -I'm fairly sure TF2 is based off the quake engine. That might have something to do with how it is "quake speed"

Long ago and far away, yes it was. Team fortress was quake. Team Fortress Classic was on the half life engine. TF2 is Source.

IT's a solid game, shockey, and they're adding minor content and tweaking maps. I would hope to see a new map or two soon. it'll be all the better.

Get it. :9 It's well worth the money and a nice change to CSS. It needs new maps but they are on the way so it can only get better.
