Confirmed failed.

Stabbed in the face while back pedaling while firing my needle gun. Got more than a half clip in the air and he was in front of me the whole time. I must not know the trick because I never get face stabs when I spy. Any one care to let me in on it?

Yeah I was both victim and culprit of the front stab. I wonder how much of the side is considered the back?

odds are there was an actual bug where you could get stabbed in the front and get backstabbed, but the side, top, and back are still backstabs.
