new to TF2

unlike BF there is a metric buttload of servers (exact measurement somewhere in the thousands). every1 and their mom can host a tf2 server.
What I do when it comes to steam is open up the steam app and go to the Servers window (you can get straight to this window by right clicking the steam icon in the system tray and going to servers.

At the top of the window go to the FAVORITES tab.
Click Add a Server at the bottom right of the window.
Enter the full ip address with port and all then click add this address to favorites.
Now forever and always you will have the tf2 ttp server listed on your favorites, you can just double click on it and it will initiate TF2 (if it isnt already open) and connect to the server (if theres slots available).

Also one thing you need to know is about the R-Slots.

It is the same as BF2 but with 2 slots so simply put, connect when the server shows 21/24.

If you get lost, find a reg and stick with em. We are teamplay server after all. Oh, and on the maps with the trains, you can just follow the tracks if you get lost.

well i'm not new to TTP, just the tf2 side :P

and one question to anyone that knows (this involves my piece of shit PC), when i'm in game, on the top right corner at all times in red writing is a message saying : "WARNING: OS Paged Pool Memory Low"
I'm guessing it might have to do with RAM..but not sure...how could i fix this?

Yeah it's warning you about low amounts of ram.

1) Get more ram
2) Quit all other programs before running TF2.

How much RAM do you have?

OH man! that reminds me of when we went to my friends house and he got his comp for free so it sucked A LOT. So we checked what it had inside and it had 15 mb ram :P.
