Unfortunately there is no way I could find to force each player to randomize.

I propose we do one round where we pick, then one where everyone agrees to random.

I dont think we necessarily have to all choose random at the same exact moment. We'll just pick teams dodgeball style and just random up your class when you switch to the team. That will make for some interesting pre-game talk. "Awww dammit, I got sniper!"

How about you pick a player, and the enemy captain picks that player's role?

Thats what I was thinking enf.

Tradition for FNF to pick teams, well pick classes one time, random them the next.
Like you said, should be some great pregame chat for the random round.
