I found this on tf2 forum...Some guys have put some work into operational tweaks for tf2 with a bunch of new abilities; see and comment. Some are good. SUmmary:
>Scouts can stun when jumping onto an enemy head with spike shoes.
>Jump boots allow for lower damage when rocket jumping.
>Soldier can charge through enemies with adrenaline boost.
>Flare Firework causes enemy to jump.
>Pyro Afterbrner allows the Pyro to semi-fly.
>Flash Stickies can blinding flash like the flash grenades in counterstrike.
>Demoman can use Drunk Bomb and become barely controllable, exploding after 10 seconds.
>Eating after critical hit gives massive sandvich boost.
>Heavy can alter gravity and draw opponents in, opposite of the airburst Pyros get.
>Medic's can transfer Uber.
>Medic's can recover a large amount of health after taking a massive hit of damage with doping injection.
>Styptic allows a Medic to trade Uber for Health.
>Supercharger allows one medic healing another to charge both Ubers.
>Sniper can hit at unusual angles with Curving Arrow.
>Marking Shot does minimal damage to an enemy but makes it easier to find them.
>Metal Hopper, a new dispenser, can explode and cause damage/allow an engie to explosion jump.
>Reverse Engineer allows for two-way teleporters.
>Sleep Switch allows Sentries to shutdown and self heal.
>Sapper throw disables buildings for a short time and disable's enemy spy costumes.

I really like the engie tweaks, 2-way teleporters? yes.

Not sure about the sleep switch for repairs. How hard is it to spend 50 metal and repair it from almost nothing to full?
The rest of them would be interesting, reverse engineering would be awesome, however that would let spies get to yer entrance even faster. Plus if yer building up and everyone is around the teleporter youll wind up accidently teleporting to the entrance...but its still a good concept.
BTW, props to flea for a double telefrag the other day, enemy medic and heavy were sitting on the teleporter when one of our medics ported in and killed them both.

Those are some really cool ideas, nice find ooze.

There was a very popular mod for RTCW back in the day that most servers ran. It had something called a goomba kill where if you fall on someone else from high enough, it will kill them. I always loved that feature...
