    i pretty much agree with most of what he said especially on the fact on the demoman update, it is trash and completely reversed the entire role of the class. and while the dh did get somewhat of a fix i still believe it is overpowered, especially in close range where it takes almsot no effort to take out a class, in fact a soldier at close range can killa heavy with no buff with like 2 rockets, and in that time the heavy will still be revving his minigun or just start shooting before the second rocket hits him.

    I had this idea for this shield he could have that would charge him forward at a faster rate. I feel like Ive heard of it somewhere though...

    A good heavy medic combo can still wreak havoc. Especialy if you can sneak his fat ass onto/near a point. Nothing makes a team split up and panic like an ubered heavy in the face.

    The pyro got the airblast without having to give anything up, and it drastically improved the class. I think the heavy deserves something like that. He should not have to give up shotgun for a speedy device, because I think the speedy device should required him to no have minigun out, in which case he'd need shotty even more. And I'm pretty sure that's exactly what they were talking about months ago with the "beta competitive test" they were running. A glove replacement... sure, since the gloves are mostly useless anyway. Something like the equalizer, but which works even with full health.
