24/7 CP server goes no-crits!

As per the discussion here as well as behind-the-scenes debates amongst the admins, it has been decided that the 24/7 CP server will go no-crits for a trial period. We will give it about a month to see the effects on our server traffic and population and then evaluate.

So go play on the server and tell us if you love it or hate it. After a few weeks I'll put up votes asking people to rate the experience.

So just to be clear, the only way to have a crit on the 24/7 CP server is while being buffed by the Kritzkrieg?

That or with the various abilities that allow minicrits (piss jar, buffbanner, airshotting with the direct hit). Sniper rifles will still work the same way.
