    Pyro nerf/buff is interesting. It makes the backburner the choice of weapon for... those out to deal fire damage. Though, Pyromancer's going to take forever. xD

    And heavy too. Looks like they addressed a few issues I had with the heavy and probably made him easier to play...

    Pyro nerfs only hurt the noobs who w+m1. Whereas the buffs give it a higher skill cieling rewarding players who are better. And lets be honest, any good player was gonna make his way to a health pack 6 seconds anyway. Conclusion - Higher skill cieling, lower skill floor = AWESOME.

    Heavy buffs are much needed IMO especially at higher level play. More versatility for heavy I guess, although I think he only really needed the spindown reduction, not necessarily the spin up reduction. Also the movement speed bonus while spun is odd. I feel like it will reward players who spin up in a bad position (a fundamental skill for good heavies.) Maybe it will just not punish them as much. It could also be a response to the direct hit, this way they at least have a chance to dodge it while spun up (unlike before).

    What is the crits a cola??

    Scout bonk change is good since players were exploiting the speed reduction back to normal anyway. A slight buff that may make RUNBYS more possible!!! Gives the bonk more viability, so people will use it more = good update.

    "Killing yourself with your own sentry no longer increments the sentry's kill counter." -LOL I just find that a funny change.

    I still dont really understand the tard charge change. Someone explain better? Does it still crit?


    Im curious how big of a difference it will make until I play for myself. All of those numbers sound OK, but I need to play for a better impression.

    Heavy Buff: Thumbs up! Heavies desperately needed a buff to compete, considering that practically every item unlock has been aimed at making the heavy (and pyro) harder to play and worse at its job. The spin time reduction will be wonderful during ubers especially, and go a little way towards bringing the heavy back into his rightful place as a worthwhile medic buddy. This has been a long time in coming.

    Hunstman Buff: Thumbs up, but only a little. The huntsman is another of those weapons that exist in the nebulous area of "Pretty bad for the game that this weapon exists." Making it better is probably worse for gameplay on the whole, but the weapon was definitely a less powerful choice than its rifle counterpart, so for balance reasons, the buff was needed. Also good that they buffed it in ease of use, rather than numbers.

    Pyro Rebalancing: Thumbs tentatively withheld for the moment. Buffing the airblast definitely increases the skill needed to play pyro, but I feel like pyros are bad enough right now that they could have done that without needing to nerf their damage. Also, reducing burn times makes medics less important, and anything that does that hurts TF2. Also, where is the backburner love? I would like to see them try to make it a real choice.

    Sandman Buff: Thumbs down. This weapon being powerful is bad for the game on so many levels it's absurd. Anything that brings it back into use is not a good idea.

    Charging Targe Buff: WHAT. No seriously, what? Thumbs... might as well get cut off. How did this become a good idea? Yes, it's a minor buff (okay, they fixed an exploit which sort of helps if you play on servers which allowed that), but this weapon should be recieving nerf after nerf, like the sandman before it. Eventually, Valve is going to have to realize that unlockable weapons that make medics less good are just absolutely incorrect. Honestly, I am just really confused by this move.

    All in all, a pretty good update with some needed changes, but a couple really bizarre misinterpretations of how TF2 works from Valve that have me very confused.
