Re: Obligatory Reminder For All the Older Regs
Yeah this is boring, everyone on this forum knows how it works. So either A they do what you're saying they don't , or B they just don't give a crap. Either way this is an age old gripe that has been going on in every game for a very long time.
RTV is not the answer, it's sucker shit. oh i can't stand getting my ass kicked, let me go to another map where maybe I can be on the winning team.
Balancing isn't the answer, oh that's no fair they are kicking my ass lets get them over here so I can be on the winning team.
Man up, take your ass beatings. When you play against better people you get better ,simple. The game is supposed to be fun, if you don't get a kick out of airshotting/backstabbing captain coors or playing dead ringer against pyros like smoke who are religious about spy checking then maybe this game isn't for you. When did people stop liking challenges?
And another thing, those who gripe about team balance and all that nonsense check your class first. Nothing more annoying then people bitching they're getting rolled but then they're playing a go off on your own adventure class like spy, or scout.
I see nothing wrong with hitting random when joining.
I don't understand the logic in randoming your class in attempt to 'dumb it down' for others.
I'm just saying, play the game or launch solitaire next time instead

Re: Obligatory Reminder For All the Older Regs
The most important thing in this issue is that people rage quit, or think we're a bunch of team stacking fucks. I don't care if one team's losing, because one always does, but severe imbalance is just retarded when thinking of server population, particularly early in the day.
Can't count the times our very own regs have spawned mass rage quits on both teams. The worst perpetrators (whom I refered to as shit cunts earlier) including a couple admins don't stay long enough to notice. It's the folks that regularly spend 2 or 3 hours on that see the highs and lows. Our job as regs is to keep servers populated, not just frag. It's sad that people lose sight of that.

Re: Obligatory Reminder For All the Older Regs
Hocus, while I agree, and I normally do just take it when it's mostly regs on both teams, it's like as said above. We get massive rage quits. And by and large, if there's severe teamstacking (such as my anecdote earlier), most nonregs won't stick around to see what it's like, which is how we get new regs and have more fun.
