Well I checked the wiki talk page and they said stickies don't count.

The Dr. Grodbort (or whatever its called) weaps. Mostly the engee wrench that teles you to spawn and the pyro flame thrower that has the taunt boost. I will give a brigade helm or some other medium grade hat to anyone who h as both. If you have more or all of them I may give 2 hats.

Not trolling weaps > hats

I have a few of these, but I am super busy with work for the next few days and will try to get on Steam in the evenings.

It does it has a charge time like bonk or similar and bring syou back to the resupply room. Great if you need to escape a fight but mostly people use it to get metal. Perhaps some use it for teles, drop an exit on the front line BAM tele back to spawn for entrance.
