You might be better off waiting until they are craftable. It takes 3-4 decent hats (or 2 really good hats) to get one of the set hats right now. I traded 4 for mine.

It's worth it though.

You can get any hat for 1 hat if you try hard enough. That involves a lot more than one post on TPG though. ;-)

I got:

Hard Counter for 1 hat
Sober Stuntsman for 1 hat
Chieftain's Challenge for 1 hat
Attendant for 1 hat (it's gone now)

But yeh, the "market" rate for a Milkman is ridiculously high. But if you make single hat offers to people who actually have Milkmans... you will eventually get one to accept. Think cold calling vs newspaper ad. ;-)

Well, I'm gonna roll the dice and try for crafting a Fez. Anybody wanna help me out by trading some metal for a Pimp Hat? Or a Bonk Helm. (I'm actually surprised people don't jump on those, I liked them)
