It looks like someone kinda rubbed a bit of shoepolish on it. That is the violet dye below. The other paint colors have the same effect.

The white fro looks a lot like the Mushroom from Mario Bros...sort of.

I have heard that if you repeatedly paint the same thing different colors, it leaves a small stripe each time. Somebody on spuf was asking for dozens of paint donations so he could make a rasta scout beanie.
