Thread: Halloween Update

So are Vintage items at all in demand? I have mostly Vintage items but I have doubles of them and now extras of a few others, should be enough to get me the metal I need to make the axe at least. I just don't want to get rid of them if they'll be worth something or if they are worth something.

Also, can you not just save the metal and craft it later? Like I have the Unusual Metal that I need from the Horseless Headless Horseman, I just don't have the Refined metal needed to make the axe (I got 1, just need 1 more).

Yes you can craft it whenever you want. But you cant get the metal after i think its the 9th?

Crafted my Axe today anyways so I'm happy.

The only achievement I'm missing for this year then is the Saxton Hale Mask. I got 2 of the masks but people still always seem to beat me to them. Oh well, that one isn't as big of a deal to me since it's just a paper bag hat.

I found an idle server that was farming the achievements...pretty lame, but neat.

Round timer was 4 minutes, everybody got godmode and we all just stand the and melee him to death until we get credit...he died in about 10 seconds then peopl disperse around the map to the random present drop locatios, wait a coupl minutes, the present spawns and somebody gets it, then it all starts over. I got the Pyro and Soldier masks this way.

Keiron, yes vint weaps are in demand. Normally you can get scrap for them, but metal market is dry this week.

And cons, you can actually spawn HHH in local serv all by yourself... sometimes you need to add 1 bot.

Glad I haven't gotten rid of any of my vintage items then. Guess I should make a list and see if there is anything people want here or look elsewhere to get rid of them.

Then this begs the question - if I turn sv_cheats on in my local server, do hurtme -1000000 and spawn the horseman, and kill him all by myself, will the present spawn for me to go find or does the server need to have 10 live bodies in it to drop the present?

Presents are completely unrelated to the horseman. And no, you can not get presents to spawn without active accounts in the game.
