Nevermind I found it. On the righthand side there is a thing that says "League Season 9" with a few tabs underneath (CS, 1.6, TF2 and something else). Click TF2. Find the game. Clikc on it and it gives you the command.

If you're watching the demo, and don't have snakewater_rc3 installed:

Also- it seems that demos from ESEA's games last night are not working as of 6 AM Friday, so if the demo is the only way you'll see it (like me) it may not happen atm
