Alternate some jumping in with firing bursts to keep your speed... Needs a fix.

People are too quick to pull out the NERF! button. Actually I think this one looks good, you loose to either reg. heavy or brass heavy but win if you catch them off guard. Seems good to me.

It's broken how you can bunny hop with it. Basically you can jump+rev and by the time you land it's already unreved so you can jump+rev again. In effect you can be permanently spun up with Tomi if you're good. And even if you're not, the only way you can lose is vs another Heavy who's already spun up or a good Demo at mid range.

It's a neat concept but too powerful as it is. A bigger decrease to rate of fire or damage would balance it out pretty well.

Well sorry Ooze, but Coors proved tonight that the Tomislav is very deadly. One map he had like a 28 to 1 kill ratio. He rarely lost out to the regular gun because he could get shots off quicker which negated any loss in total volume of shots. Also it allowed heavies to move, shot, move again way fast. With a medic in their pocket they can really clean up. With a little tweaking I think it will fit in nicely

Heavy's downsides were that he was slow, and he had to rev-up... Those are now both gone, what's the downside of playing heavy now? (Besides it being easy and boring as hell)
