Whats your favorite Map Theme? What would you like to see?

I was curious what were peoples favorite map themes. Not the best map to play but which ones get tickle your fancy? Also, what kinda theme would you like to see done?

I really like the Castle theme, (too bad its been used for melee). Im surprised there hasnt been a real good space theme, what with the soldiers weird energy weapons and all.

Something outlandish, possibly a map with a disproportionate scale. Something that has tf2 players take a smaller presence in the map (e.g., the scale of a hamster in a living room of human beings or similar).

I'd like to see some jungle themed maps, preferably a KOTH, or Control Point map.

Ooh, ooh! Like de_rats in CS! I enjoyed playing on it sometimes when I felt like playing on a sillier map.

Ive played rat and surf maps in TF2 and its usually just griefers. Guys that will put a lvl3 sentry at a map teleport point or spy just backstabbing everyone that spawns in.

Regardless, they are fun for some silliness.

Haha, I am amused but not ultimately surprised that cp_rats (TF2) is essentially de_rats (CS).

Here ya go MasterPain. I thought I had played that map before. Hey, does anybody remember a map called avanti or something. Think it was a CSS map. It was kinda cool where you one team that had to move the intel from point to point.

Avanti was a TFC map (one of my favorites, actually). I encountered the TF2 version for the first and last time on a random server that had it in its map rotation. I thought it was highly entertaining to play this old map on TF2.

Actually, maybe it would be fun to have avanti in the TPG rotation? It's probably not a very balanced map, but I would greatly prefer it as the nostalgia map of choice over dustbowl.
