The next release (1.1.0) will be this weekend hopefully
The next release is close to being done (should be this weekend), and here is what is fixed/added:
- Rotating server messages in the upper left corner: a new message appears every 2 minutes, and it lasts for 10 seconds. They show up as white with a blue-animation effect
- God-chat messages are now white with a red-animation effect, and they appear just above the center of your screen (so they are obvious, and so as not to confuse them with the rotating server messages)
- Fixed an issue where admin-chat and god-chat couldn't be bound (i.e. this now works: bind p "say @ Medics, be part of the team or leave")
- Fixed an issue where using quotes in admin chat or god chat would cause the message to truncate.
- Added more debugging code to try to figure out why the server will occasionally think it's full at 21/24 instead of 22/24
What I'm working to get done over the next couple of days (aiming to be done sometime saturday if possible, but no promises):
- chat command: timeleft
- chat command: stopmusic
- chat command: nextmap
- player menu: will show timeleft and nextmap information
Voting is being moved out to the next release (1.2.0), which will be 2-3 weeks from now.
I'll need help testing, but as I'm playing these next couple of days by ear schedule-wise, I don't know when I'll need the help. When a test run happens, I'm just going to message the people who happen to be online right then.

we'll load it onto the public servers, and give it its trial by fire.
if it breaks, we'll replace the addons with the 1.0 version. no problem.
I'm also going to get a cron job setup so you can view the TF2 lonestar admin logs.

How do you configure a server to play intro music? We need the test server to play intro music so we can prove that we can stop it with "stopmusic"

Update
stopmusic: works
nextmap: semi-works - it just lists the next map in the map cycle, but due to "nextlevel" and "changelevel" commands this can be incorrect (see the other thread)
timeleft: working on it
player menu: pops up with "menu" command in chat, and working on adding a "map information" panel which will list previous map, current map, next map and time-left info
And I'm going to add some more validation checks to the reserved slot management code to see if I can't narrow down what's going on. Since you're going to start giving me the logs BD, I'll be able to grep them for these validation checks to see when/where it goes wrong.
