Right now (10:35 Eastern) the teams are 12:13 and the server is showing 25/24 and reservists cant join.

If this happens should we kick non reservists who most recently joined to open spots if we know someone is trying to get in?

There's an abuse liability in having admins kick people to make room for reservists that I want to stay away from.

I have a possible fix in the new (unreleased) LoneStar version.
