#1. Why do you think you got banned?
Deviating from assignments, back tracking, not following the calls to take direction.

#2. What server were you on? What admin do you believe banned you? What admins were there playing?

#3. Why should you be unbanned?
Because I have been a long standing player in TPG for almost 2 years reg, who communicates with his microphone to work together with thoes around him to achive the teams goals.

#4. A written statement that you will refrain from doing anything that will get you banned again.
I will pay closer attention to making sure I set a better example of following the calls directly and taking directed sites.
